2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To avail our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion. For minor-related investments (e.g., child education plans), all transactions must be made through a guardian who is a registered client.

3. Investment Advisory & Mutual Fund Services

3.1 Nature of Advice

ArthVidhi provides goal-based investment recommendations based on your risk profile, financial goals, and investment horizon. All recommendations are for informational purposes and do not constitute guaranteed returns. Past performance of any security or mutual fund does not guarantee future results.

3.2 No Guarantee of Returns

Investments in mutual funds and other securities are subject to market risks. The value of investments may fluctuate, and you may not get back the amount invested. ArthVidhi does not guarantee any specific returns or preservation of capital.

3.3 Third-Party Platforms

Mutual fund transactions are executed through SEBI-registered platforms such as NJ India Invest, BSE Star MF, or MF Utility. ArthVidhi acts as an intermediary and is not liable for technical glitches, delays, or errors originating from these platforms.

4. Use of Calculators & Tools

Our website provides various financial calculators (SIP, Lumpsum, SWP, Retirement, etc.) for illustrative purposes only. These tools are designed to give estimated projections based on assumed rates of return. Actual returns may vary due to market volatility, taxation changes, and other factors. Users should not make investment decisions solely based on these calculations without consulting our advisors.

5. Fees & Payment Terms

ArthVidhi may charge advisory fees, consultation fees, or annual retainer fees as agreed upon in the client engagement letter. For mutual fund transactions, we may receive distributor commissions from fund houses as permitted by SEBI/AMFI regulations. All fees are disclosed transparently, and no hidden charges apply. Fee structure may be revised with prior notice to clients.

• Financial Planning: One-time planning fee as per engagement scope.
• Ongoing Advisory: Annual retainer or percentage of AUM (Assets Under Advisory) as agreed.
• Transaction Charges: Any applicable transaction fees will be disclosed upfront.

6. KYC & Regulatory Compliance

As per SEBI and PMLA guidelines, we are required to collect Know Your Customer (KYC) documents including PAN Card, Aadhaar, address proof, and photographs. You agree to provide accurate documentation and update us promptly on any changes. Failure to comply may result in suspension of services.

We may share your KYC details with registered KYC Registration Agencies (KRAs) and fund houses for investment execution. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or while availing services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, calculators, design elements, and software, is the property of ArthVidhi Investment Services and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. 12. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any pending fees become due immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to provide required documentation.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. In case of any dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve through good-faith negotiations within 30 days before pursuing legal remedies.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
